SHELF are compiling our UK  'CABINET' a listing of venues and collectives involved in showcasing contemporary art in the UK regions.  

We are bored of always wondering where the in-crowd are... here at SHELF we are all in, we dont think you have to be an artist to get to see the exhibitions happening up 2 sets of fire escapes above the local chinese, and you don't need to be Rockerfeller to go to Christies and drool at the Hodgkins.  Art is for everyone...and so is this free resource.  SHELF will be working with each city and district and linking to existing sites and resource to slowly but surely  build this  connected rack reource.  Forget little black books, we share like coco-bananas on Ridley road market... know where I mean?
